HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Ordering

All kinds of pets and animals are accepted.

Select the number of pets, mug color, text personalization, and quantity.

Step 2: Send Your Photos

Please send us 1-3 of your favorite photos. You can upload them now or email them later to [email protected]. Detailed upload instructions will be sent to you after purchase.

Photo best practices:
• High-Resolution (most smartphones)
• Pet sitting with face and chest visible
• Close-up from the front at eye level
• Even lighting

We replicate the exact photo that you provide. Make sure you are overall happy with the photo you upload.

Step 3: Artwork Creation

Using the photos provided, the portrait will be created in photoshop. Minor changes such as the removal of small objects is possible. Objects that don’t already appear in the photo unfortunately can’t be added. We will send you a mockup for approval before the custom mug goes into production.

Step 4: Receive Your Order

Your mug will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.
